Kollam, Kerala – RP Mall, widely recognized as the city’s most popular shopping destination and fondly known as the “Mall of Happiness,” is set to host a vibrant painting event for children studying in Lower Primary and Upper Primary classes. The event will take place on Sunday, 10th May 2026, from 7:45 AM to 9:15 AM at the mall premises.

Designed as a platform to nurture creativity and self-expression among young minds, the initiative moves beyond the conventional idea of competition. Participation is limited to 80 children in the Lower Primary category and 125 children in the Upper Primary category, ensuring a well-organized and engaging experience for all participants.

Interested children can pre-register at the exclusive registration counter at RP Mall from 4th to 8th May 2026 between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Additionally, detailed information about the event, along with an option for online registration, is available on the official website: www.rpmall.in

Emphasizing the spirit behind the initiative, Mr. Prem S.K, Operations Head of RP Mall Kollam, said:

“This is not a competition per se; our endeavour through this initiative is to bring out the creative skills of our budding generation. It is not about identifying the best painter, but about recognizing and celebrating every child who participates with enthusiasm and imagination. We have also curated a special exclusive session for accompanying parents. While children immerse themselves in painting, parents will have the opportunity to engage with senior physicians from Upasana Hospital, who will share valuable insights on parenting, grooming, and holistic upbringing”.

With its focus on creativity, inclusivity, and family engagement, the event promises to be a joyful and enriching experience, reinforcing RP Mall’s commitment to community-driven initiatives.
